To faithfully make progress in accomplishing our mission by living in community with each other, by reaching out to the community around us, by reproducing ourselves by making disciples and planting new churches, and by educating each other with the truth of the gospel. These four elements make up our strategic focus of C.O.R.E.
Community – Outreach – Reproduction – Education
We accomplish our strategy by dividing into service teams known as C.O.R.E. Teams. C.O.R.E. Teams equip church members to do the work of the ministry of the church and enable them to carry that ministry out.
Currently, the primary ministry areas of the church are:
Each week our C.O.R.E teams are responsible for one of these ministry areas. These weekly responsibilities then change week to week on a regular rotating basis.
We place all of this into motion via our Deep Waters evangelization, discipleship, and church planting plan.
